Bendwell ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you visit bendwell.net or join our early access list, how we use that information, and the choices you have. By using the site or submitting a form, you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to operate the waitlist and respond to inquiries:
- Email signups: your email address and any optional survey answers (price intent, free-text notes).
- Wholesale and creator applications: name, business or channel name, email, social handles, and any details you choose to share.
- Technical data: IP address, user agent, and referring page, captured by our backend for rate-limiting and abuse prevention.
- Cookies / local storage: a small set of essential cookies for site functionality and a privacy-respecting first-party analytics identifier.
- Advertising & measurement: we use measurement technologies including the Meta pixel and conversions API to understand and improve campaign performance. See "How we use it" for details on data sharing.
How we use it
- To notify you when early access opens and to send launch updates you signed up for.
- To follow up on wholesale or creator applications you submitted.
- To understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.
- To prevent spam, fraud, and abuse on our forms.
We use first-party analytics and, for our advertising, measurement technologies including the Meta pixel and conversions API to understand and improve campaign performance. This may involve sharing limited data (such as a hashed email or event data) with advertising platforms acting as our service providers or for ad measurement and optimization. We do not sell your personal information. EU/UK and California residents can opt out of cross-context behavioral advertising by emailing us or using available browser controls.
Legal basis
For visitors in the EU/UK, we rely on your consent (when you submit a form) and our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site.
Where your data lives
Submissions are stored in our managed backend (Lovable Cloud, powered by Supabase) on US-based infrastructure. We use a transactional email provider to send waitlist updates. These service providers process data only on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist and application data while your account is active and for a reasonable period after, so we can honor unsubscribes and respond to questions. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
You can:
- Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete it.
- Unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any message we send.
- If you're in the EU/UK or California, exercise the additional rights granted by GDPR or the CCPA/CPRA.

Children
Bendwell is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), row-level security on our database, and rate-limited submission endpoints. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated to subscribers by email.
