What is Kinexa™?

Kinexa™ is a patented, standardized combination of three botanicals: Haritaki (Terminalia chebula), Turmeric (Curcuma longa), and Boswellia (Boswellia serrata). • Knee strength, measured as isometric knee extensor torque, improved beginning at day 30 and continued through the 6-month study.
• Walking performance improved on the Six-Minute Walk Test, with gains seen from day 30 onward.
• Whole-joint structure was assessed by MRI using validated structural scoring, rather than symptom questionnaires alone.
